Refund Policy

Booking Amount
  • The booking amount paid at the time of room reservation is strictly non-refundable.
  • Once a room is booked and the payment is completed, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
  • All room bookings are final and confirmed immediately after payment.
  • We do not offer cancellation, refund, or exchange of any booking amount once the reservation is made.
  • If you are unable to arrive for your reservation, the paid amount will not be refunded.
Changes to Booking
  • Requests to change the date or room details after booking are subject to availability.
  • Any request for modification must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in time, and approval is at the discretion of hotel management.
  • Changes may require additional charges depending on room availability and rate differences.
No-Show
  • In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the scheduled date and time without prior notice), the booking is considered automatically cancelled.
  • The booking amount will not be refunded or transferred.
Refund Exceptions

    • Late arrival or early departure
    • Weather conditions, travel disruptions, or any external factors
