Refund Policy
Booking Amount
- The booking amount paid at the time of room reservation is strictly non-refundable.
- Once a room is booked and the payment is completed, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- All room bookings are final and confirmed immediately after payment.
- We do not offer cancellation, refund, or exchange of any booking amount once the reservation is made.
- If you are unable to arrive for your reservation, the paid amount will not be refunded.
Changes to Booking
- Requests to change the date or room details after booking are subject to availability.
- Any request for modification must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in time, and approval is at the discretion of hotel management.
- Changes may require additional charges depending on room availability and rate differences.
No-Show
- In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the scheduled date and time without prior notice), the booking is considered automatically cancelled.
- The booking amount will not be refunded or transferred.
Refund Exceptions
- Refunds are not provided for:
- Personal emergency changes in plans
- Late arrival or early departure
- Weather conditions, travel disruptions, or any external factors
- Any special cases will be considered solely at the discretion of hotel management and do not guarantee a refund.
